Ireland | 25 November 2023Con and Catherine from OS Insulate promised us 6/7 weeks to do our job, We exchanged contracts and we signed agreement Con also asked we carry out works in advance, After 10 weeks of trying to get through Con told us finally that he would be at least a further 12/15 weeks on top Con said OS insulate was busy and look elsewhere The reason we went with Con and Catherine was they were West Cork based and we wanted to give a local business our custom and we were very let down, We have to employ another contractor now and because of the 10 weeks lost we have to go through the winter without our insulation as Promised Please be Buyer Aware with this company OS Insulate as promises mean nothing.
