After 2 weeks joint pain after long walks reduced and I was less stiff. Obviously I will see if there is any furtherimprovement after a month. At the same time i must comment that , this certainly gave me more energy have also been on a low carb diet , loosing 12 kgs

I was persuaded to purchase three months of this product by the ‘suave’ selling process and the video concerned. However they did not work for me and I informed them of this via email. Yesterday they took another payment from my bank despite my emails telling them not to. They are hounding me now with emails telling me to phone them to discuss this further but I am refusing to do this. I did not phone them to book a trial in the first place so why would I wish to do this now. I personally consider this product false hope and a c.n for my money. [Their reply says it all… I rest my case. They are not interested if I have a speech problem and don’t use a phone to chat!!!!]

I have found it much easier to get up from chair and bed, and don't always need the use of walking stick around the home. Definitely less pain and discomfort, now working towards better walking outside. Did forget to take a few days over the Christmas period and joints went back to stiffness and pain so will definitely keep taking Active 8 for the foreseeable future.

I subscribed to Protect + Perform as I am an old bloke who was tired of frequent bathroom trips during the night. They promised miraculous results in next to no time. I wrote to them after the first 30 days to cancel the subscription as the pills had no effect. They replied that I should continue for a full 90 day period and, if I was still disappointed, I could claim against their money-back guarantee. I did this but, when I claimed, they demanded that I send back the original pill containers which, obviously, I did not have (who would keep such things?). I sent this back unopened and on a tracked delivery but they are now claiming that they have not received the package (although the Post Office has it registered as delivered). My experience suggest that this company will do anything to wriggle out of their money-back commitments.

I'm a generally fit 64 year-old, who enjoys playing cricket and cycling and does 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training before breakfast each day. I purchased Activ8 which was a promtional offer. I began taking them and after 3 weeks I noticed an improvement to my painful knees. The ingredients in the capsules were bright yellow. I ordered some more Activ8 and noticed the capsule ingredients were pale yellow powder. After a couple of days taking them the burning feeling in my stomach and throat was awful. I always took Active8 after my main meal with water. I have stopped using Activ8 and reverted back Naproxin withh no problem.

Like other customers of this company who have failed to claim their 90 day money back guarantee, I also experienced the same. After about a month, I noticed no change as a result of taking their medication, so I made a claim and was told that everyone was different and to continue with the three-month supply of "Active 8" that I had purchased, costing over £100. After completing the course, I made another claim and was told that it was not possible as 90 days had elapsed. So it would appear that if your claim is not bang on 90 days, from the date of purchase, you'll NEVER get your money back. GIVE THE COMPANY A WIDE BERTH, THEIR GUARANTEE ISN'T WORTH THE PAPER IT'S PRINTED ON. My posting on Trustpilot did get a response but it was just a regurgitated version of their so-called 90 Day back guarantee!!! but stating again because I had not submitted a claim for a refund on the 90th day ( not a day before or after, the 90th day) that I wasn't eligible for a refund. They wanted to call me to discuss the issue, which I declined because I wanted a written response for audit purposes, this was on the 29th December and only today, 12th January did they respond. I've noticed other customers, experiencing the same or similar issues which will be sufficient evidence for Trading Standards to investigate. Makes you wonder if Dr Paul O'Connell is a Doctor, after all these days you could yourself anything on the web. I guess Trading Standards will clarify that. Watch this space

Seduced by regular and positive marketing, I tried the Protect + Perform tablets to relieve enlarged prostate symptoms. Purchased 180 tablets as a 3 month supply, despite Dr O'Connell suggesting improvements would be noticed after 2 to 3 weeks. Sadly, there were no improvements. I wrote twice to Dr O'Connell with feedback and a request for a PARTIAL refund. My emails were blocked by junior support staff with the mantra of my refund request was over the 90 day limit but they wanted a satisfied customer??? Clearly, anyone can get free tablets here by claiming a FULL refund after 80 days but I was trying to see if they really worked and gave them extra time. Pity that Dr O. has not been involved and taken a practical approach about the partial refund suggestion. It may have persuaded me to buy more tablets and also, not do this negative review to warn others about all is not good with Physical Nutrition company. You have been warned!!
