Activ8 is very effective in improving osteoarthritis. I have been taking it a month and experiencing less or no pain and increased flexibility. I have gone from being able to walk just 100 metres due to pain to recently walking for 1.5 hours without any pain or stiffness.

I have been using the Active 8 capsules for over three months now and have noticed a reduction in previous long term knee pain. This has caused a non existent use of anti inflammatory tablets previously taken. This in itself is a positive and I’m hoping with continued use this consequence can continue.

Since taking these tablets, my chronic knee pain (with swelling) which has lasted over a year has eased off. I still get aches and some pain but it is much less after only three weeks - so I may not need a knee replacement after all?

I used to get very tired a lot and sometimes my left leg hurts and it’s the whole back of my leg feels like is on fire but now my mobility has improved. Thanks. I can now go for walks without feeling like I’m being hit with pain.Few months ago I couldn’t climb up my stairs with my bad knee but I can climb up now with confidence. Even without taking the Active 8and the Physical Nutrition together I can still have a positive effect on my knees.

I like that they advise me when delivery is due, keep me up to date by email, and allow me to track delivery. Their delivery is reliable. It is easy to communicate with them, and a real person is readily available.

I think Protect and Perform which I used for several months now appeared to be good.
