I recently had the pleasure of using Jungle Scout, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I reached out with a concern, the customer service team displayed unparalleled responsiveness and professionalism. They promptly addressed my issue, leaving me thoroughly impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction

I have to say, I never give a review for a product whether im satisfied or not. But JS is an exception, after having bought the product - i had a lot of questions, and the Customer support is just amazing, super fast, reactive, clear - we can really feel that they are there to help you, to be successful. I still havent found my product but confident in the fact that I will. One downside, let’s say is that their tool is really focus on the US market therefore have much more data, than other marketplace ( france for example )

I just join a new yearly plan with JS so I have not so long experiences with them but at the first little issue by changing my plan from monthly to yearly they were super fast to reply and solving my problem. I can say this is a great start!
