I didnt use it properly. Whenever i log in to it the full white screen pops up and shows nothing.

Well to be honest I haven't done anything with Jungle Scout, but what I have seen from their page it is very profesional, right now I am learning how this game works ( Amazon FBA ) I am learning from their videos on Youtube and reading the emails that they are sending to me, from my sperience I would give a 5 stars for the tools that they give and the information.
