I realize the relative ease with which this was resolved however, I being a supervisor in the customer service industry, I take special care to acknowledge a job well done. Resolution was achieved so quickly I might have even missed saying "kudos" had it not been for the handful of follow up emails ensuring my satisfaction. If I had one critique, this coming from an industry champion, I would have liked Quincy personally follow the issue with entirety. We corresponded briefly after my issue was resolved and I was able to thank him personally, but the mass of anonymous follow up emails felt incomplete. Idk if he actually was behind any of those final follow up emails as they are sent from a general box with Jungle Scout signatures. If it were me, I'd take a look at possibly reviewing the anonymity sop for some tweaks just at the very end. This is the 3rd survey I was asked to take. Automated bots perhaps. In any case, overall, 5 star review from a hardcore stickler.
