I stumbled across this company whilst looking for glass balustrades for our lodge - we needed a considerable amount and as the lodge will be used by friends and (clumsy) family as well as the general public, it needed to be a quality product meeting all the regulatory safety standards. No problem! Dave the owner of the business and a draughtsman by trade, talked me through the process, timelines, costings and used my measurements to draw up my plan. I had done quite a bit of research by this point so recognised that his pitch was factual and his prices keen - so I decided to go ahead. Dave handed me over to Ian - who also knew his onions and provided an expert and seamless service, confirming details, ensuring the specifics of the timings were suitable for me. To be honest - if you are looking for a quality product, delivered efficiently by a team of friendly and knowledgeable professionals - knock on the door of the Glass Balustrade Company as they deliver on every count. I will certainly be knocking on their door in the future and encouraging my friends and family to knock also!
