United Kingdom | 02 April 2025We have been using ConnexCS as the switching / LCR platform for our Yeastar hosted PBX platform for over two years now and I can highly recommend both the switch and the company. I personally have been involved in telecoms for over 40 years and have been involved in VoIP almost since its early commercial implantations. We have found the Connex switch extremely flexible thus allowing us to perform complex manipulations and blocking on both the customer and carrier side which ensures that origin based surcharging and varying sending format requirements from carriers is no longer an issue. In addition to the reliability of the switch I would also say that the support is exceptional with both configuration questions and requests for change dealt with in a speedy and friendly manner. I have recommended Connex to three of my industry colleagues all of who now use the platform as their main switch.

Cape Verde | 10 February 2023The platform is full of errors, especially with number masking and CLI re-writing parameters. Connexcs do that have the developer resources to operate and run a robust error free platform. And the owner is too arrogant to know this.
