This "company" is spamming boards thru fake accounts like Russian mafia. It hides their identity thru an Italian anonymization service. What else do you need to know to avoid doing business with that kind of unknown people?

Brought earning as a gift and paid for next day delivery, earning arrived broken, I contacted the store who advised it was Royal Mail who damaged them and to claim with Royal Mail. I literally spent money for no reason. Biggest mistake was going with this store, I don’t even want my money back I just wanted the item fixed. I thought the store would be helpful rather than shifting blame to Royal Mail and asking me to claim with them. If you want broken gold go with this store but don’t ask them to fix it cause it’s not their fault it’s the delivery service. Absolutely ruined my surprise. I now have to pay to get them fixed rather then waiting months for Royal Mail to fix the issue since the store is absolutely unhelpful Update …… they emailed me to get it fixed unfortunately I have been in hospital, once I sent the package in I will update or delete this review if they do what was promised

I’d never ordered jewellery online before, but using A1 Jewellers has been an exceptionally positive experience. I placed two orders on separate days during the weekend. I was contacted via What's App and shown a picture of the items along with the parcel tracking number. I received both parcels by Tuesday. The packaging was lovely, as two items were gifts. I would absolutely use them again. The option to use Klarna, items sent securely, and the professionalism of the member of staff who contacted me were all contributing factors to my becoming a repeat customer.
