Robert and his team helped us move from London to Scotland. Robert's communication and assurances from the beginning was excellent, answering any questions that I had. On the actual move day, he and his two colleagues were polite and friendly. They worked fast and efficiently, whilst taking great care of our belongings. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob was really helpful from the first point of contact, taking his time to fully evaluate the house contents and coming back swiftly with his quote, which was miles better than any other quotes we received. Slavic (sorry about the spelling) and Chris arrived the day before we were moving to fully pack away all our belongings. They were on time, careful and professional, working from 8:30am to 7pm. The next day Michael joined Slavic and Chris to load the second van, ready for the long journey from London to Leeds. This van included our two motorbikes, which they took great care of. Once we arrived in Yorkshire they were quick but careful in unloading the two vans, as well as re-assembling any furniture. I couldnt fault a thing from Budget Removals and would highly recommend using this company, in particular Slavic, Chris and Michael. A big thank you to you all.

Fast and efficient service from start to finish. We had a positive experience, our things were carefully loaded and unloaded, all our furniture covered, and even though the van got blocked in by another car for over an hour the team remained calm and didn’t rush us. I’ve used before and would use again in the future.

We used Budget Removals London for our move from London to Manchester, two vans and three movers. Rob quoted quickly and checked that we had the right amount of vans as we had a lot of stuff in storage. They were flexible when we needed to move the dates back a few weeks, easy to get hold of and clear communications. They moved everything out of our old place quickly, got to Manchester before us and everything into the new place quickly and in good condition. Price was very reasonable. Would use again and recommend.

I used Budget Removals London recently for my move out of London. I was initially given a straight forward quote and was assured there were no hidden costs. The quote I received was a lot less than other companies. On the day of the move Rob arrived on time and was very friendly and reassuring - I was slightly stressed! His team were polite and hard working and took good care of all of my boxes and furniture. They dismantled my bed and the cot at no extra cost. There was quite a prolonged delay with picking up my keys for the new property but the guys waited patiently and did not hassle me for timings which I appreciated. Once I had keys the lads were quick and efficient in getting everything in. No damage or issues with any of my belongings. One slight disappointment was that when it came to paying I was asked to pay a waiting charge of £100. My partner and I had already agreed we would give them £20 per man as a tip because they had been so good and had waited a while for us. Rob did accept the £60 in the end. All that being said, I would definitely recommend Budget Removals London as I was happy with their service and made a stressful day a lot less stressful.
