Unfortunately we were left very disappointed after promises of great download speeds for a country village. We stated from the start that the system was not working, however they just blamed it on our equipment. They dismissed broadband speed tests, staying that we should only accept the suppliers test results ??... They finally accepted that we terminated within the 14 day cooling off period, but now we are fighting to get our money back. We will be initiating Court proceedings if the refund is not forwarded without further delay.

The speed in which your advisers respond is excellent it is more expensive than normal braid band company's which is a bug bear. But can not complain about staffs helpfulness especially Ali. By the way my name is Damien Olverson not David Olverson!!

Less reliable at busier times, the service needs to improve especially given the the monthly charges. Hopefully this will improve

Speeds are not as they indicate, usage not sufficient and reduction of speed nearing the end of the month is very frustrating and had a major impact on our business, and part of the reason for us terminating the service

The communication from the Hyspeed team is great however we have struggled with the signal coming in and out on most of our sites. They do try and rectify this as soon as possible but it would be better if it didnt happen. And some install have had to be improved, but mostly ok

Compared with my previous satellite broadband provider, HySpeed has been a breath of fresh air. They are approachable, responsive and efficient, and if they charged quite a high fee for sending out an engineer to realign my dish, that 's mainly because of the inaccessibility of where I live. Full marks!
