I ordered the incorrect part; service team was able to change the order and get the price matched so that the total was unaffected. Everything was fixed with a 5min phone call.

Never got an invoice or shipping notifications. Had to call and request. Product was late arriving and made it difficult to work with contractors because of poor timelines and communication. Shipping was very good once the product left for delivery.

We were wailing for a baptismal heater that was back order. Didn't seem like it was going to be available and Christian was patient with me calling and asking questions. He was able to provide a replacement model and it appears to have been a success
