Was told how much lower my fees were going to big, they were much higher and also the machine was leased at $40 a month! Cancelled Datalink, trying to get back application fee from those fraudsters over at Payment Advisory Solutions. PAS contacted me directly with a fraudulent sales pitch it turned out. Stay Away

United Kingdom | 05 January 2022We have used Datalink for several years to link Xero accounts to Cubecart. I have to say that the Customer service we received was by far the best from any provider we used, I would have no hesitation recommending Datalink and would happily use them ourselves.

The improvements since the last time we used the feature are impressive and without doubt make this product a market leader. Big thanks to Datalink and the team, they had a quick turnaround time with the installation and the support they've given so far has been outstanding. As a company our Sage integration with Magento is very important, and despite our requirements being rather complex compared to most integrations, they met our needs within a very quick (and affordable!) time frame. United Kingdom | 10 December 2019We've used DataLink to connect our e-commerce site to our Sage software, and from the start they have been excellent to work with. They're quick to respond to any issues, and they'll talk you through the problem and what's gone wrong as opposed to just fixing it and carrying on with you in the dark. We were looked after by Dmitry and Anastasia mostly, and I cannot praise them highly enough - particularly Dmitry. He's been an amazing help through both the set up and the ongoing support. I will echo what Natalie has said in her review - it helps massively if you have a clear idea of what you need/want at the start, as we found ourselves having to tweak it as we went along to suit our business, which ended up taking additional time. This is purely a result of the scope of what we needed changing as we got into it though, hence why it's worth getting everything straight before you start. As for the software itself, it's easy to use (it basically runs itself once it's all set up), un-intrusive, and does exactly what you need it to. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They're quick to react to problems, and will give you hours and hours of attention and help and will even show you solutions to your problems rather than just fixing them. Not very easy to get hold of on the phone, but email and Skype is the best way to communicate. Anton has been available 99.9% of the time when we have needed him! My only reservation is that you have to be super clear on what you want. Usually the process takes 5 days but ours took around 2-3 months (some of it was lack of info from our side, but some also through no advice given for what is the best solution or route to take). They will stick exactly to what you originally set out to do, and there's not really any room for development, even if problems occur that you could not have predicted. Definitely a learning curve for building the first e-commerce site! You definitely need a web developer on hand too, as these guys deal predominately with Sage (although Anton's knowledge on Prestashop was fine). I would recommend this company but I would definitely sit down and spend a few hours fully going over the project, especially if you have both Trade and retail customers who have very different needs, from A-Z (not just the Sales Order Process, but the Invoicing/Refunds/Customer Account Limits and so on).
