Delicious meat, excellent customer service and we love the F&Co beech wood steak resting board. It was a perfect Father's Day gift for my husband.

I have used Farmison for years and have always found them an exceptional butchers selling exception produce. I recently bought their Turkish Style Beef Doner Kebab, as I like a good doner kebab and thought this product would be interesting to try. After cooking the doner, my thoughts were....If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it is a duck. This 'doner' looked like a kofta, cooked like a kofta and tasted like a kofta. It was a kofta kebab in disguise. I cooked the 'doner' as per instructions and found that the outside was very dry, as was the inside but not as bad. The 'doner' did not cut well but flaked and crumbled away when trying to slice. The flavour was ok and sort of what I expected from a kofta but the crumble texture seemed to make the flavour more chalky. All in all, not a great experience and certainly not what i expected from Farmison. I will give A- for effort and coming up with a novel idea but C- everything else. Overall a 'Could do Better'.

It was the first time we had tried and online butchers and I was skeptical but gave Farmison a try since the reviews were so good, it was for a treat for Father’s Day! I bought the larger T-bone steak and it didn’t disappoint! It looked impressive and it tasted better! Bacon and breakfast sausages were also nice. Will definitely look to order again! Impressed also with the delivery, packaging.

The meat is of the highest quality and the recipes and suggestions that accompany them mean that it always turns out perfectly and I’m not left in that situation where I’ve paid for a top quality piece of meat and then ruined it by cooking it wrong!! Prices are reasonable and there are frequent offers which is lovely. So glad I found Farmison!

Really enjoyed my delivery. Delivery by DPD with a 1 hour slot. Well packaged and arrived nice and cool. Good long use by dates on all products received. Everything delivered has been tasty, fresh and good quality. Delighted to be able to now order Gluten Free Nidderdale Sausages too! Fennel and Lemon marinated Chicken made a really quick mid week supper. Also being able to order £50 for free delivery makes it a great option for a family of two.

Very efficient service. The meat arrived well packed and still cold. It is extremely tasty meat, a real step up from the supermarket - with the added bonus of being more sustainable and kinder to the animals.

Beautiful fillet steak. Melts in the mouth. Dropped one star as although it was in two portions one was much smaller than the other.

Had a bit of trouble placing my order online but they responded quickly and the matter was sorted. The products I ordered are mainly first class but I do find both the Chicken Kiev and the Nidderdale Sausages lacking in seasoning. This is easily rectified at home and would not stop me reordering.

Farmison's meat is first class. I've bought all my meat from them for several years now, and have never been disappointed. It is always of the highest quality and very tasty. It's always delivered on the day requested, and very well packed so it stays cool.

We have been using Farmison for a while and never had any issues. Unfortunately, our order came and the box was really damaged, it was just dumped on our doorstep by DPD, didn’t ring the doorbell, if you saw the state of the box you would know why! I sent an email to Farmison with a picture attached to show them just how bad this box was damaged. I understood that this was not their fault but the fault of the delivery driver but some of the meat was not edible due to the damage of the box. I spoke to Paul who was so lovely and helpful, he could see the state of the delivery and was happy to send a new order to me at my convenience. Absolute star ⭐️ Great products but even better customer service.

I ordered a few 32 Day Dry Aged Côte De Boeuf – Heritage steaks for a summer barbecue. The website was easy to use with plenty of choices. I selected a delivery date, and my steaks arrived as promised, in sealed bags within a stay-chilled insulated box. The quality of the meat was fantastic. I was extremely happy with the quality of the meat, the website, and the delivery service, and I will certainly use them again.

It is so re-assuring to read the information about the provenance of the meat and poultry. The produce always looks first class. The special offers make it easier to balance the cost of more expensive specialist items (Salt Beef and Boston Butt particularly recommended!). I am happy to buy from Farmison's as I know that I will be eating better meat.
