I've been using Golden paste for 18 months now. I heard how good taking Turmeric was for you and as I have had a knee and hip replacement i feel it really helps with my joints, although i have the recipe to make it myself i buy from the Golden Paste company as the cost is reasonable and i don't have to go to the trouble of making it. The sell by dates are long and it keeps ok in the fridge i buy about 4 at a time to cover the postage and i have recommended it to friends and family who have all felt the benefits of taking it for their various ailments. I honestly can't recommend it enough

I have a regular order of the turmeric capsules. I have had problems with my knees for many years, eventually being diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Since taking these turmeric capsules I can walk upstairs without fear of my knee giving way. I am also not in constant pain. Every now & then I stop taking these just to see if I still need them or if I am kidding myself. Within a matter of days it is obvious what a difference they actually make!

I bought the turmeric granules for my two event horses. It’s been fantastic stuff and I won’t be taking them off it. They both move now better than ever. They would have filled legs each morning and shortly after starting it their legs stopped filling. They have a small scoop morning & evening. They don’t need any other joint supplement just the turmeric. I was really lucky to be offered to have my retired COPD horse on a new respiratory trial product from the golden paste company. I jumped at the chance knowing how well the other two are on their products. A couple of weeks after starting the trial I noticed his coughing was not as often. After a month it was significantly reduced and when he did cough it wasn’t laboured like before. My husband and I also noticed him marching round with much more ‘pep’ in his step. Now 3 months on I very rarely hear him cough (only if he woofs his chop back too quick) and he’s been trotting round his paddock again which is a wonderful sight. I really hope the respiratory products comes on the market as it’s given my old chap a new lease of life.
