UPDATE: Once I brought this to the companies attention, they have been very active in getting this problem resolved - as quickly as possible. I ordered this back in January and have not received the product or any updates and it us now Feb 21

I believe that Golden Paste products have helped my dog recover from having a large thorn in his paw, sore joints, ear infections etc. So a great all round supplement to add to your dogs diet. I add paste to his meals, mixed with his meat or feed him the sausages as a treat.

Product good but why the expensive delivery charge? Why does it have to be signed for meaning I have to make a trip to the delivery office if I am out when the parcel comes.

Great quality, easy to use and fast delivery

Firstly - products are great. However tried to use WebChat function - tried for 20 minutes but did not work, then had to phone so I could ask how to order free sample sausages (mentioned on website but could not add to basket). Woman (after checking) informed me to just add comment for free samples so I included this with my order. Stated on WebSite products despatched same day if ordered before 2pm. Ordered at 1:30 but products were despatched following day and when I received there were no free samples.

Been taking Golden Paste for 2 weeks now so can't say anything about the product itself but the service has been very good. If you choose to have a weekly delivery, think twice cause the product might not be expensive but the delivery costs mount up! We will change to have monthly delivery for sure :)

Started this for Archie my old dog (15) just a couple of months ago .... he has arthritis. He’s still limping but sooooo much better than he was. Somebody on the forum mentioned their dogs cloudy eyes had improved ... I checked Archie’s and yes, that’s also improved!! One downside - the cat wee smell, I’m just about to ask on the forum what I need to do to reduce this .... another 5 stars for the support too - thank you
