The product is good but recent price increases have been excessive. I paid £22.99 for 4kg in October. The product has now gone up by more than 50% to £34.99. Whilst it may be ‘improved’ how can an improvement work out to an increase of this magnitude. This will cost me an extra £55 a year if I buy 2kg every 2 months. Surely the business plan worked out the costs/profit and future increases? How can customers have any confidence in this product not going up and up in price? Unfortunately anything for horses carries a hefty price tag and along with the current trend in using Turmeric has resulted in in un customer friendly price increases.

Fast delivery no problems

I first purchased products from the Golden Paste Company at an agricultural show. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as I wanted to purchase some products for my elderly labrador as he has arthritis. I telephoned the company recently for further advice and to order more products. I again found staff to be very helpful and after ordering online my item was dispatched the same day so I received it within 2 days. The Golden Paste Company give the option of making the products yourself at home by providing the recipe but their prices are so reasonable I will continue to buy the ready made ones. I feel the turmeric is helping my dog and I will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely wonderful service and excellent quality products,have been using golden paste products for last two years and would not be without them.

After using a few times, ordering the same item each time. I have discovered costs have doubled. I have queried this but am still awaiting any sort of response. Will not be ordering again.
