Technician (Niko) quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what the problem was. Due to the age of the machine, I decided to not have it repaired. Service call fee was quite reasonable and I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of appliance repair. Great Job!!
