Please, please file a formal complaint with your state attorney general about this company if you have been scammed. I ordered 16 days ago and never got an email that my order was shipped. Emailed customer service but got no response after 2 weeks. Their customer service number, which is listed online as 604-484-4877 just rings and rings, no answer or message. This alone is very suspect. If you're thinking about ordering from these guys, just try Googling their customer service and calling the number first- this is a huge red flag. I will update this post if Litlookz ever shows a sign of life. UPDATE: Litzlookz very quickly responded to this Trust Pilot post. They assured me that my order was on the way and included the tracking number I requested. The tracking number showed that my order had been sent that day, even though I had placed my order 20 days prior. A week later I received one of three items from my order. It was packaged very strangely- wadded up in a ball and put into a plastic bag. The item was what you would expect for the price. I then waited a few days and emailed inquiring about my other 2 items. I was told that they had disappeared, and could not be found. I was never given tracking numbers for these items. I don't believe they were ever sent. Also worth pointing out that the ONLY customer service person who is mentioned in all of the Trust Pilot reviews is "Sophia". If you think Sophia is a real person, you might want to get your head checked. I believe that Litlookz aims to scam young women who they believe will not go through the motions of reporting scandalous behavior.

Since I accidentally ordered shoes in the wrong size, I reached out to the customer service. They were very helpful and accomodating. I was offered to send the product back in order to receive the right size without having to pay extra. Everything went smooth and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Great experience. First order had some issues in the shipping and production but customer service was quick and responsive. Litlookz is very generous and eager to earn your trust. My second order had 0 issues and shipped faster than I expected; great quality garment too. Fun & unique catalogue, highly recommended!

I tried to contact them by email to return two items that I ordered. The person asked me to email her back some pictures of the two items. After I sent the pictures back, I have never received any response so far. I tried to call them by the listed phone number, but nobody picked up the phone.

I was surprised at how fast they deliver to Germany! The products are good quality, the prices are fair and theres such a big variety.

During my second purcashe, one of the items was unfortunately out of stock, but when I contacted their support team, they immediately issued a refund.
