Great experience with this company ordered the rack of weights and also the curved treadmill, good speedy service and great equipment.

We had some missing items from the order, I emailed on18th December and I am still waiting for a reply! We cannot use the weight stand as we cannot fix it together without these items and this was bought as a Christmas present.

Fast delivery with great communication even though I put the wrong postcode! When an issue arose they came out within 2 days and completely sorted the issue ! Nice and friendly aswell !

Ordered 400kg hex dumbbell set and a pair of 5kg dumbbells were missing. Called and emailed several times with no response. Glad it wasn't a more expensive pair of dumbbells missing. Wouldn't order from here again just in case.

Really love the treadmill- it makes you work so much harder! Great quality. Delivery was fast, delivery man was helpful. Came in a wooden box, so came in perfect condition.

Terrible equipment , terrible customer service , and avoid at all costs !

£1k order placed. Only the confirmation email received into spam box. No further communication from Fitness King, despite me sending multiple emails. My Facebook messages were read and ignored. Grievance taken up with the bank. FK eventually responded after a week of no communication. They stated I'd receive an email from the delivery company once despatched. When advised (via FB messages and only after I made contact) I was infromed the order had been despatched. But no confirmation email sent to me. I chose to cancel. Bizarrely the cancellation was processed promptly and a refund (to my relief) was given. Awful customer. Zero communication. Believed it was a scam. I'd pay more for peace of mind and reliability. Such a shame as it looked promising.

Still waiting for 20kg pair of dumbbells it’s nearly 4 weeks since the rest of my order arrived and I’m still waiting.

I was a bit hasty with my previous negative review of Fitness King. The missing dumbbells have now been delivered by Matt. I cannot fault the service and the distance travelled to ensure a timely delivery. Thanks again for sorting and apologies for my original remarks.

Fantastic service, really fantastic. Not had the products yet as these lovely people are holding them for me for a few weeks till I’m ready for them but I can’t wait to get my home gym kitted out with their stuff. Keep up the good work guys

The dumbbells are good quality, however the rack doesn’t fit them all properly. Also the images online show that the rack will be full when loaded, however the rack has a space for a set of weights, however they wouldn’t fit if there was another set in the bundle. I got what I paid for however I think the A frame for the bundle isn’t fit for the purpose so I will have to see how it goes. The delivery was a bit slower than expected which I don’t mind but the communication has been a bit slow.
