Its a simple and easy way to learn

It was great, I enjoyed the fact it was an audio training. It was explicit in its explanations. It was also short and covered all the important areas. It had pictures and diagrams to explain each page and some short video links to help illustrate further. I loved it.

Very well structured and informative. The only point to raise was that in some topic areas it named strategies/techniques to use but did not go into any mention of what they are and there effects.

It was a great experience, easy to navigate around, and well explanatory than a presentation slide, I look forward to using this for personal works.

My experience was awesome, during the training I was able to learn additional medical administrations, condition and treatment like tracheostomy, understanding epilepsy, lone working awareness and PEG feeding which is not included in my previous training. The area of improvement that I can only suggest is the improvement on the training website because during my course of the training the sometimes I’m logout for no reason and I will have to start the particular training all over again which is a bit frustrating.
