The only issue is lack of communication about my order, as I received no confirmation or updates whatsoever! As a result, I spent a week anxious that I might’ve been scammed. Please improve your customer service!

United Kingdom | 21 September 2023I sent a key to be serviced as it had an intermittent fault . Received the key back quickly but it had the same intermittent fault . I have sent two emails and have called many times but the phone just rings out . Garbage service from this company and I’m currently £69 down on the deal . Don’t use these cowboys , disappointed as I only used them as they are owned by Timpsons .

They took my money .£69,+£6.80 post.After two days my key came back with an invoice.key did not work.sent an email .was told the do not replace chips.This was not explained on there email,no offer of a refund until I complained.no cover note ln the return envelope

I sent an email requesting a cancellation, and a lady called me the next day to process the refund. They also confirmed by email that all our documents had been deleted from our account. So, as far as this experience goes, we were completely happy, thank you!

Their website advertises keys for cars that they cannot fulfill the order for (chip unavailable for the affordable ignition only option) but they take your money and don't bother to tell you. They have still left the option on their website! I receieved NO phone call or email, it was the Timpsons facility that called to tell me I couldn't have what I'd paid for. Apparently they have been told many times. In the end I had to buy the crazy expensive option direct from Timpsons who have rang KeyNow twice for my refund (I was present at the Timpsons branch and they took my card details AGAIN ). I have spoken twice myself to KeyNow. I have emailed twice. I have filled in the contact form twice....still no refund. I am going to report them next, to everywhere I can. AVOID THIS COMPANY WHO STEAL from customers.

United Kingdom | 15 August 2023I was initially a little worried having read some of the reviews but the service was excellent, which you'd expect being a Timpson company. I booked a date and time slot at my convenience. You need to give them a few days to order the key and you need to submit proof of ownership. There weren't many Comms before the day but on the day, the mechanic text me with his approximate time of arrival then set up the new key easily and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

United Kingdom | 09 August 2023Very good service, easy to order, went with a new key cut and programmed at work. The option of an AM or PM time-slot. Technician was super friendly and didn't wast my time, he got it programmed and gave me a ring as soon as he was done for me to test it.. only constructive feedback I can give is for a more accurate time slot on the day itself, just a text saying ‘your technician will be with around x time’ would have been a nice touch.

United Kingdom | 14 July 2023I have spent most of the day trying to get through to Customer service. Nobody answered any of my calls. I even sent them a message asking for an update on my order. The Status showed payment not received. But it went out of my bank the day I ordered the spare key for my car. Overall not very impressed with the Service I have had from them. And I will most definitely not recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues.

United Kingdom | 13 July 2023Ordered a new key to be reprogrammed 04/07, it took around a week for the key to reach the Timpsons branch but they couldn't arrange an appointment to program the key because their equipment was faulty. Was looking at 2 weeks to get an appointment to program the new key in total. Several phone calls back and forth. I ended up asking for full refund as the alternative was to wait longer or drive an hour across London to Dulwich branch. A supervisor told me I couldn't get a refund because they had ordered the blank key, the refund was later agreed by a manager. The supervisor didn't seem to understand good customer service or even how to listen. Complete waste of time, would not trust this company to do a competent job given the number of excuses I heard from them. Ended up using a local auto locksmith who did the job same day within 30 mins for less money.

KeyNOW arranged and sent out an Engineer to resolve the issue for me. The real measure of customer service is how issues are resolved when things don't go right and KeyNOW couldn't have been more helpful in doing this.

Keynow statement is, anytime, anywhere to suit your needs, no times or dates until after the payment of £189, only to find out it's there time and date over 8days later, so my car is stuck until then. Ordered Wednesday evening tried cancel the order Friday morning via email as instructed only to receive a phone call to say the key has already been produced and sent to the Locksmith.. I find this very hard to believe, it would take that long to check the V5 and security checks!

Simple booking process, great communication and 50% of the price quoted by the dealership, who wanted the car booked in for the day. Martin our technician was professional, friendly and a top bloke. Would recommend without hesitation.

Ordered and uploaded my image on Monday, key and device arrived on Tuesday morning, followed the instructions (again expecting it to go wrong) and hey presto, I have a working replacement key. Amazing service, super quick and easy and so much cheaper than the main dealer.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2023Ordered a new Car Key on 1st April for at home service then found the lost key on 3rd April so e.mailed them to cancel it as per their t&cs. 2 e mails ignored so telephoned them to be told to latekey has been sent. Called them back to point out their t&cs ie key had not been programmed no info sent to me saying key had been dispatched etc. Refunded half the cost.Rip off because you hadnt done anything.
