From the initial enquiry email to installation this has been an extremely professional service. I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am with the service I have received. When the guys came to install my hatch and ladder, they were extremely respectful of me and my property. They just got on with the job and also cleaned up after themselves, you would not even know they had been here. Before they left they made sure I was happy with how to bring down the ladder and put it back etc. Highly recommend.

Complete waste of time. I re arranged appointments so Chris could come and do loft survey. I wanted the loft floored and a bigger hatch opening. Told the quote would be 36 hours. Heard nothing. Emailed the company for quote a week later. Not even the courtesy of a reply. Don't bother with them.

Chris made this a very straightforward process. He came to house initially to do quote and then came back with a colleague to get the job done. It was very efficient and guys were professional. We are very happy with the standard of work and value for money provided.

Having recently moved into a new-build house, was looking to partially floor the loft, without affecting the insulation. Had seen some companies offering this elevated flooring service, but most were based towards central belt. Thankfully, one of the removals team mentioned UTILoft as an option, especially useful as they were much more local. Survey was promptly completed, along with a quote. We were able to get the work scheduled quite quickly after that, which was very helpful. The installation itself was straightforward, the guys tidied everything on completion. Impressed with service and quality, and would certainly recommend to others without hesitation.
