This company and its products have become my go-to gift whenever a friend has a new baby. Their products are high quality and their system interface is incredibly easy to work with. The reason I gave them 4 stars vs. 5 stars is purely on a basic tactical issue – I’ve run into issues at check-out where I’ve wanted an item shipped directly to the home of the new parents but because it doesn’t sync with the billing address its caused issues. I even emailed with customer service (which they were very responsive) and they recognized it was an issue. On that call they offered to update the address but I still received the product vs it being mailed to the new parents. Overall though, great product and would absolutely recommend.

I ordered a large, personalized tote bag for my nephew, and it arrived a week later - well crafted, nicely wrapped, and with a personalized gift card. And UPS shipping was included in the price.
