Not very often do you receive positive feedback but everyone is very quick to complain on trip advisor & other portals. But I am taken the time to complete my experience with your company but especially Jamie who guided me through the process of order the items I needed especially that I live abroad & was returning to the UK to mainly pick up these parts. On placing the order at 2pm on Monday, I was very pleased to receive my items just after 11am the following day. Less than 24hrs and without paying for rapid next delivery. I’m not sure as a goodwill guesture you paid for next day delivery but if you did, I thank you. Many others companies could learn a great deal from you all in how to Receive an enquiry Deal with the customers request Help & guide the customer Assist in any way you can Get an order/sale Assist with a follow up call & amend the order with very little fuss Send it out as advised with all orders before 3pm. Items being delivered as ordered without any issues of wrong item or product not available. Etc. Congratulations to your team for giving first class customer service & customer care.
