After many years of paying foreign based companies to sort out a time share debacle which resulted in them ceasing with the case, Addlington West group have just managed to get a refund for the first company and will hopefully soon get the next one. Dealing with all their staff has been a pleasurable difference.

I have engaged with so many companies which have promised me refunds like AWG. Unlike the others AWG fulfilled their promises and I have received refunds in full. It is difficult to separate the genuine ( of which there are few) from those who genuinely engage but I urge you to consider AWG who will do their best to get your money back.

When I was first approached by AWG, I was very sceptical. I had been cold called by many companies claiming they could terminate my timeshare. After talking to Theresa when she explained that they worked on a NO WIN, NO FEE I did some research about AWG. I couldn't find any negative comments and the Timeshare Consumer association knew about AWG. I had already terminated my Timeshare with Diamond resorts 8 years previously, but 3 scam companies convinced me that Diamond Resorts had lied to me and that I didn't have the correct legal documents. I had paid these scammers by credit card and AWG offered to reclaim the money paid via Section 75. So I handed over all the emails and screen shots I had from the scammers to AWG. I wasn't convince that I would get any money back, but we had 3 successful Section 75 Claims. It took a while, but it was worth it. Karen and Theresa were brilliant. Very professional and kept me in the loop all the time. Thank you girls.

I have been attempting to relinquish my Timeshare using numerous companies with no success. ADW are in the process of claiming back the fees I paid out to these "scam" companies. I have received back two sums of month and work is progressing on other claims. I am aware that it is time-consuming convincing the banks for a refund but have full confidence that AWG are a genuine firm. They have kept me up-to-date of progress even though it has been slow. The service was very professional. My initial suspicion about the service offered were alleviated by Addlington West staff being very informative and reassuring about the process. After providing them with the information they requested, I was surprised how quickly they were able to successfully process my claim. They made the process appear very straightforward.

We entered into a cash up front agreement with a timeshare company which failed to provide what had been agreed and then went bust. We part paid on our credit card so tried to make sec75 claim against card company without success. Handed all the info to AWG who went in to bat for us and won. A very professional, polite and informative company who were able to cut through the red tape. We received a full reimbursement of the money we paid plus interest and other ongoing expenses. Very pleased with the result and the money was back in our bank in no time. Would highly recommend AWG who guided us through this traumatic experience.

AWG (Addlington West Group) were persistent and diligent in pursuing our claim to a positive conclusion. They kept us informed and regularly updated us on the claim was proceeding. The claim in its entirety was professionally handled by AWG and in particularly Karen. We were very impressed AWG.

They took quite a long while but after the wait they finally sorted out my claim in my favour as I had approached my bank to ask if they could place the claim with their fraud department which they did but it didn't bring back the money I had parted with to a company that was trading illegally. Once the Company ceased trading I was contacted by Addlington West who said they would apply to The Ombudsman to deal with my bank and I'm pleased to say the bank finally reimbursed me and this took several weeks but was done. So I would have no hesitation in recommending Addlington West. Ò

The team at AWG overcame many obstacles from a consistently slow-moving and obstructive finance company. They displayed patience and persistence and kept me fully advised. Against all the odds, a highly successful outcome was achieved. I would highly recommend them for any S75 claim case.

Contacted by a rep from this company. They offered no win no fee if you hit the accepted criteria of a missold timeshare or more importantly have used/paid another company to try to either get out of the time share or try to recover any financial loss. It's a cold call attempted hard sell. The guy would try anything to keep you on the line. If your called I would look them up on mindtimeshare.me or timeshareassociation.co.uk and make your own mind up. I dont trust the reviews as they look suspicious. As far as I'm concerned avoid as it is another scam company. I ended up just hanging up on them and blocking the number.
