This has to be the most badly designed website I have ever had the misfortune to use. I got there in the end but what a frustrating journey. I would have abandoned it but for the Black Friday offer and the phone lines were closed. Never again.

I am well pleased with the quality of the supplements. Have seen positive results and no adverse effects.

Am very happy with my vitamin d drops as they don't have additives eg saccharine.

Targeted support for women with vitamins and mineral that your body needs as you get older. I have ordered a range of vitamins to help me with some symptoms that i feel unhappy about. Each pot is well balanced and provides the support i require at the moment. As there was a special offer I was able to save money too. Whilst ordering I was given some information about a talk that Dr M Grenville was giving at the NEC Birmingham, so I attended that talk and it was very interesting and I was able to discuss further supplements that I may need in the future.

In these days of environmental awareness, surely all that polystyrene packaging could be replaced by something more biodegradable. I felt really bad about sending it to landfill. Unfortunately, I will certainly have to think twice before ordering anything more.

Website used to be fine but is now Terrible frustratingly slow or not working properly at all -wasted so much time trying to get it to work on different days . Discount offered but that also wouldn't work on several occasions - almost gave up.This needs fixing - if not I ll definitely stop using it.

Had to try 3 times before I could process order....if it happens again I will change supplier.

I found your website a bit difficult

Great products, quick response, decent delivery time. My only gripe is that the website had issues processing my order so i had to try a few times. I also didn't get a receipt or order confirmation for a few days, which was a little confusing.

I payed 3 times the selected books!

The products cannot be faulted - have products I have been unable to source elsewhere. Only negative is the amount of boxes that are sent with items - packaging can be reduced considerably which would be much better for the environment (although it is boxes that can be recycled)
