Acquistato SELF pure isolate protein gusto chocolate, ho diluito con acqua come da indicazioni riportate, gusto imbevibile a tal punto che non sono riuscito nemmeno a finire lo shaker, dovrò buttare il prodotto praticamente inutilizzato.

I have had a bad experience when purchasing from the website. Shipping costs were free because I had exceeded the minimum purchase to get free shipping in purpose. The products arrived on time and I have to say that the ISO WHEY PROTEIN PREMIUM is very good quality. But after a week Fedex sent me a letter to pay customs. I expressed my surprise to the company. But they could not do anything. So, I had to pay customs. If I woud have known I would not have buy anything. I simply want to warn consumers. However, I must say that customer service has followed the case and responded quickly to all emails. But they haven't been able to do anything to avoid the fedex charge.
