Lyceum Project Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: I was initially apprehensive when the original builder, Goodwin Construction, faced bankruptcy, fearing the fate of the Lyceum project. However, Mitchel Walsh and the Elvace team stepped in, not only injecting funds but also rallying likeminded investors to salvage the project. Their dedication and vision have instilled in me full confidence in their ability to deliver. The potential of Lyceum, situated in a prime location in Manchester, is now more promising than ever. Kudos to Mitch and the team for their remarkable efforts. Looking forward to witnessing the fruition of this fantastic project.

Elavace have been absolutely amazing and have saved the Lyceum project in Manchester from utter disaster.. true to their word they have gone over and above, battling some ridiculous challenges to form an investors group which includes the original people that faced losing hundreds of thousands of their personal money to now having a share in the freehold and watching this development rise from the ashes - I cannot thank Mitch and team enough! We were new to investing off plan in late 2019/2020 and invested in two schemes with very differing developers; both schemes have had their challenges but the support from Mitch and team in recovering the Lyceum scheme has been amazing. When the original developer was failing, he guided us, brought us together as a group to save the scheme and take over the development. We have been kept informed every step of the way and although it’s been a long process for us personally, the work that Mitch and team have put in and challenges overcome to get us to where we are is nothing short of a miracle. We can’t thank the team enough for the support and dedication and time he has given to ensure we didn’t lose our investment- this being a far cry from the other investment we made in a scheme led by Laurence Kenwright and the Kingsway House Hatton Gardens Liverpool development- where we have been totally left high and dry and abandoned to fight to get our deposit back from receivers. Investing will always have risks, but Andy and I wouldn’t hesitate to invest with Mitch and Elevace again and hope to once Lyceum is complete.

Elevace have been brilliant - they had no obligation to recover deposits lost on a failed development and still Mitch and his team have gone to all lengths to ensure the development still completes and the investors receive their original investments. I couldn’t be more thankful as there’s very few that would care enough to go through the pain Mitch has over the past 3 years to secure funding and resale of the units. Mitch and his team have been available to answer questions whenever needed and as always haters will hate but the majority of us from the Lyceum Development will agree that without Elevace we’d be sitting on a huge deposit write off.

I have nothing but good words to say about the Integritas team, especially Mitch, Dave and Ross, from rescuing the Lyceum build from a shoddy developer at a significant personal cost to ensure investors are compensated all the way through to the flagship Bastion Point development. When the developers of the Lyceum, Manchester went into administration we thought we would never see our money again. A frantic call to Elevace for advice and everything changed. Without the dedication and expertise of the team to source funding and come up with a plan to get this project back on track, millions would have been lost and this iconic building left to rot further. I have nothing but praise for Elevace. I purchased an investment property with them over 2 years ago and have received a regular monthly income in that time. I found Leah Higginson extremely proactive and helpful and never had a problem getting through to her regarding any concerns I had. More recently I have been in contact with Russell Inns and found him to be both transparent and excellent at communicating any problems and the ways that they will or are being resolved. I have every faith that my investment is sound and would highly recommend Elevace to any potential investors seeking to buy their first property or add to their portfolio.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Elavce Limited. My experience with the company has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to share my concerns. Abena, the solicitor associated with Elavce Limited, explicitly informed me that she had repeatedly urged the company to allow investors to speak with her before making any deposit. Furthermore, she advised me to request a refund, considering the circumstances. Despite following this advice, my attempts to secure a refund have been met with significant challenges. Promised documentation, including a new contract, has not been provided as agreed upon. This lack of transparency and failure to fulfill contractual and moral obligations have left me thoroughly disappointed and disillusioned with Elavce Limited's service. Leah Higginson, who initially presented herself as understanding and considerate, has proven to be deceptive. Despite assurances of empathy and flexibility in accommodating changes in customer circumstances, her actions speak otherwise. The level of responsiveness drastically changed once the payment was made. Notably, my attempts to reach Leah went unanswered initially, and I later discovered that she was supposedly on holiday. However, when I called from a different number, she promptly answered, raising concerns about the sincerity of her commitment to customer service. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential investors to exercise caution when dealing with Elavce Limited. My experience indicates a concerning lack of transparency, responsiveness, empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction. Until these issues are addressed, I caution anyone considering investing with Elavce to be prepared for the potential loss of hard-earned money.

Highly recommended Real Estate Company. Reece Pilgrim is a Highly recommended Customer Relationship Manager. Unfortunately after the selling stage the experience was appauling, I found lut that the information provided wasnt reflective of the truth about the property, when the property was near completion, all I get was pressure to complete but the information provided was not the reality. the sales person Kristiane was not responding to emails. Then months later found out she’s left the company but none got in touch and I was t kept in the loop of what was happening. Poor communication once tjey already got what they want and manage to sell you what they want

Being a first-time buyer, I was really on edge about property investment. But team Elavace, with James, Dave, and Kristiane leading the charge, changed all that for me. They took on my endless questions, even after closing time, always making sure I was in the loop. I missed a few deadlines, but they stayed patient, making sure I felt secure. It's not an exaggeration to say they went above and beyond. Close to backing out, they held my hand, answered another million questions, and got me through. I'll be choosing them for my next property journey. Can't recommend enough.

I was very sceptical about investing so later on, but the Team at Elavace were second to none. Reece, reassured me and held my hand through each process as well as explaining to me layman's terms, the pros and cons to which investment was best suited to my current situation and on the outcome I wanted to achieve in the long term.
