Not sure if they have closed down? Max seemed to be handling the bad experience I had when purchasing a Range Rover from Pinchbeck earlier in 2024 but the dealership is now non responsive via email or landline/mobile calls for over a week. I was promised the tax paid for a year as a gesture of goodwill for the poor experience I had with the team but just had a letter along with a fine from DVLA to state the direct debit set up for the tax has failed. Only leaving a review to hopefully initiate a resolution from the team, and to advise others ensure to have everything completed before leaving the dealership as it's been nothing but hassle for months after for me; from broken promises, failure to change V5 documents and poor communication. Will update the review if anything is resolved 👍🏼
