David responded very quickly to my email and came round within 1 day to have a look at my damp wall, which has been causing health issues. He has had 40 years’ experience and clearly is extremely knowledgeable. He was incredibly kind, honest and generous and gave me a simple solution to the issue, which he said my trusted builder could do- not only that, he offered to speak to him and explain exactly what needed to be done. I was honestly blown away as I have had other experts come round with horrendously expensive quotations. It’s not often you come across such honesty, generosity and kindness- this despite David having had a terrible start to his day with his vans having been broken into. I would highly recommend David, I feel really lucky to have found him. Thank you so much!

Eventhough the Covid-19 pandemic is in full force, Iwas able to talk to a representative and within 1 minute and did not have to wait for an hour, eventhough they are based in the UK. I explained what needed to be done and they were very helpful in selection of the products that were needed. Time was also of the essence, when selecting the expedited service, the products were delivered before the alloted timeframe. Eventhough, this company is based in the UK; I got better service and delivery then from any company that I have ever worked with in the US. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that would like to put in the drain system in their basement. This company is diligent, trust worthy and are experts on this field. I placed an order, they reviewed it and emailed me back that some of the items were not fitting together appropriately. They replaced the default items, prior to shipment, requested my confirmation and did not charge extra because the replacement items were more expensive. They gifted the diffrence! I recently purchased the waterguard product for a bottom floor duplex that had a water intrusion problem that had been getting worse. PURCHASED THE WATERGUARD DRAINAGE CHANNEL, PLASTIC DRAIN OUTLET, ALUMINUM TAPE, SUMP LINER WITH LID, AND 1/3 HP PUMP. I INSTALLED THIS SYSTEM MYSELF AND USED A CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE CONCRETE SECTION OF FLOOR ALONG THE WALL AND POUR NEW CONCRETE. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKING PERFECTLY. MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! THE CONTRACTOR ALSO LOVED MY WATERGUARD BASEMENT DRAINAGE CHANNEL SYSTEM. THE CONTRACTOR PLANS TO RECOMMEND IT TO HIS FUTURE CLIENTS WITH BASEMENT WATER ISSUES.
