United States | 12 August 2024I bought an Uber gift card and read that the electronic gift card would be sent immediately to receipiant, this did not happen. I paid the money and the person never received the gift card thus leaving this person without a ride and stranded. It’s been 24 hours since and he has still. It received his gift, that is no longer needed might I add. I am going to try and get a refund what false advertising on giftcard.com!

United States | 11 August 2024It wasn't explained to me how the downloaded gift card could stay physically intact like a plastic card. After all, it is just a piece of paper. If a $100 gift card is used let's say 10 times - the paper will be very ratty. Also, after I downloaded the card I couldn't find it in my computer (which holds a LOT of files)

Australia | 11 August 2024I have never seen a company this incompetent, EVER! We tried to line up so we could buy 300 Giftcards per month for the members of one of our websites and we couldn't even get a single one working!! Then what made it worse, is with at least 4 different team members of ours trying to contact them, we could never get a straight answer on anything. Usually they'd reply with a few words, no resolve and then say the email conversation was resolved and closed. Imagine having the opportunity to have over $100,000 passed through your accounts from one client per month and not even giving an answer to emails properly. Oh and lastly the few cards we did manage to send out, they either got rejected, didn't work or the recipient said they never received it.

United States | 11 August 2024Requesting a refund. The card you sent had a broken link that sent him to a page that kept saying 'error'. He couldn't access it from anywhere. You have sent it twice. Broken link and error. I requested a refund and you DENIED ME MY REFUND!!!!!! I am reporting you to the better business bureau for FRAUD. Scam. Don't purchase a card thru this company. I will remove my review once you issue my refund. If you don't it WILL be reported. I am thru being told by your company that it is 'not your policy to refund a gift card' (even if the gift card didn't EVER work correctly!) That is criminal.

United States | 10 August 2024First, it wasn’t letting me buy any gift cards on my laptop so I tried it on my phone and it worked. I bought 2 cards. Then I tried to buy another one later on my phone and now it’s not letting me. It emailed me saying Risk Rejected. I don’t understand, I guess it only lets me buy when it wants.
