I have yet to get the giftcard to my email.

My son never received his card and I cannot find a way to contact a person.

I ordered a $150 gift card for my niece and it never got there and when i contacted support they said that my order number didn't exist. Terrible service. AVOID at all costs.

Was thinking I could just buy the gift card and it be delivered in a few minutes, took up 3 hours to receive!!!! There’s no way to reach a customer service representative. Emailing is useless!

Haven’t received my gift card

The gift card was supposed to be texted within 15 minutes. It's been 4 hours since I ordered it and it hasn't been delivered yet.

My CC declined my card and then I accepted it within 5 seconds. It's TERRIBLE that the "click here and enter a new payment" option doesn't work. I had to go back online and enter all 3 all over again. It's 2024, this is pretty simple these days. Then I sat on hold trying to get someone to do it for me and that was also a nightmare.

It didnt get sent to the number I provided only to the email and its to my elderly dad. He doesn’t have a printer but I thought I’d be awesome for his smartphone. I worried that this was going to happen and so I only sent like 25.00. I’ll get refunded it says but not for the fees. I emailed, txt support and called and nobody has reached out. Super frustrating.

Very serious company. Only one drawback. When you want to contact them, it is difficult like all these new companies. You have the choice of chatting with an AI, with generally does not solve your problem. If you call them, you will have to press a lot of keys before you can talk with someone. Humans please ...

I requested immediate delivery , they charged my credit card and the receipt was received but the recipient never received gift card n his phone as I had ordered. Sent an email to customer service and they were clueless even with the receipt number.

I placed and order of $500, on July 24 and I have not received it. Today is August 1. What went wrong?

My grandson wanted to go to the movies today, unfortunately his paycheck wasn’t coming in till tomorrow, so that’s why I needed the gift card, so happy it was delivered in a timely manner. Thanks I will definitely use this again.
