I found this company to be okay initially, but once you have handed over your money, if you have any issue then Francesca is absolutely not interested in taking any responsibility. I personally would not deal with them again.

Glynn & staff are very helpful. Quick to respond to any queries. I find that some of the products have increased in price some have increased quite a lot. I do recommend here as like I say the knowledge is here. I will always visit here for most of my items

I would and do recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub as they are always at the end of the phone if you have the slightest query and always offer excellent customer care. We have had our tub for almost 6 years and during that time Glen, Francesca and Andy have helped us maintain our tub which still looks like new and has cost us very little to upkeep during that time. I maintain that it is due to the tub that my husband is still playing Rugby and Cycling at 57 yrs young and long may that continue. We decided on getting a hot tub after experiencing one in a hotel we stayed at. We visited Alfresco Life and were offered a trial in one of the hit tubs. They discussed the best tub for our needs. We were left alone whilst trying out the tub which gave us time to discuss our thoughts without being watched over by the sales people. Once we decided the sale was easy, (even got a free gift too - free floatable drinks tray). signed, paid, delivered and installed. The whole experience Is one I would definitely recommened to all. It has been 5 years now since our purchase and the personal after care from Glyn and Francesa is OUTSTANDING.

Always happy to offer advice and did a great job when they fitted my spa outside. Sometimes hard to contact via email so always use the phone! Quality products with expert advice.
