We had a situation that required every single patio door to have the locks changed immediately or risk property damage. I called Graham and he came round, even with all the flooding, within 20 minutes! He has the stock of high security locks and I asked for 6 to be fitted. I wanted to leave this review because 1. He attended site so quickly. 2. Was respectful to clear up all mess. 3. He didnt take advantage of our predicament, ie emergency call out etc. 4. Left us feeling safe and we had better security locks now and relieved he had done them so quickly without having to leave us exposed to danger and get stock ordered in! Thank you so much! Stupidly I put the wrong key into a lock & then got it stuck. Wellsecure Locksmiths were excellent & resolved the issue without having to resort to completely changing the lock. They came at a date & time that suited me, were very professional & did a great job. I will definitely use again (if needed).

Could not recommend Graham enough. I was moving house on a weekend and was locked outside of my parents house, nobody could get in as the lock had completely stopped working, meaning I couldn't retrieve any of my belongings from my parents house, dropped Graham a message, he answered extremely quickly, what could have only been around 25-30 minutes later, he had already arrived, fixed the issue and left.
