i ordered a new bike and rang to ask a few questions. they were most helpful and i completed the order. despite having the new bike sent overseas it arrived a week later. very well packaged and easy to complete assembly. I had a couple of further questions and they promptly responded and were very keen to ensure i was ok with the new bike.

The shipping company damaging the box slightly, but it didn't matter because the bike was well protected inside. Took only a short while to reassemble. The bike itself rides fantastic - very happy customer!

I ordered a high end Bianchi mountain bike at RDRs online shop. The bike was well packed and arrived in a very good condition without any scratches or damages.
