Although the repair took longer than I thought due to parts taking longer to arrive the workmanship is great with no problems. On a few occasions I was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back updating me on the progress of the work but never received the calls.

Took so long to get things moving my accident was in August and only just got car done now .took weeks of phone calls my insurance was with one call but it definitely not 1 call thanks to Cambridge garage staff for helping me after going back and forth to you and one call .

Shocking! Vehicle not collected yet, no courtesy or hire car! Can’t drive my car and I need to get to work! No updates or apologies I have to keep chasing them and they are not providing the service they advertise!! Awful

The repair was fine but there was no phone call to let me know my car has been picked up. The firm used took 48 hours to deliver, again no call, I had to ring for info. I was lied to and subsequently left without a car for 24 hours as the rental was collected from me when I was told my car was only 30 minutes away. Not at all pleased with both the lack of communication and the time it took for car to be returned

After two weeks in the activate repair centre in Sunderland my Motability Scheme Ford Kuga was delivered back to me in Scarborough. I am extremely pleased with the repairs to the bodywork. A very professional job has been carried out with the car appearing as good as it did in the showroom two years ago. The repair centre kept me informed about about each stage of the repair process through the various workshops. In addition the Motor Repair Network were efficient in organizing for my car to be picked up from my home and taken on a low loader all the way up to Sunderland and then to be returned back to me two weeks later. This Catterick-based transport team were also excellent and kept me informed as to the timing of the pickup and delivery.
