Recently bought the house, never had a burner. Great service, great priced quote and job done 4 days later. Chimney swept and burner serviced, no mess and he took the time to explain it all. Highly recommend.

I have recently had a log burner installed by Luke. I have to say Luke is one of the old school total professional. Job done in a couple of hours chimney swept and you would not know anyone had been working in the lounge. Throughly recommended Luke.

Very careful,efficient and well organised. Arrived exactly on time after several texts to confirm appointment and that he was on his way. Up to date equipment , all the modern safety precaitions being followed, provided a free camera assessment of the flue and chimney so we could see the state of things. Removed an enormous amount of soot and debris, extremely tidily - not a mark on anything . Will deffo use this sweep again

I had never used Sooty Brushes before but managed to book a clean as our regular chimney sweep was unavailable. From the moment Luke arrived he was polite and professional. He has given our chimney & woodburner the clean of its life! He used a camera to check the liner and found a blockage which he cleared no problem. He gave advice & helpful tips and cleaned up and left not one speck of dirt. A very knowledgeable man & it’s safe to say that I shall be using Luke going forwards! Brilliant. Chimney was swept within 15minutes and no mess. I am thinking of changing from an open fire to a multi fuel burner. Luke was most helpful with measurements, wattage, types of different fires, etc. And what a lovely young man he is, so professional and yet so down to earth. I shall be booking Sooty brushes every year from now on, for the chimney to be swept. I would definitely recommend this company.
