Tenants beware - They charge 65% of rent when you terminate the agreement using the break clause. As per the tenant act, they are not supposed to charge it but they still charge it. They are also not releasing my deposit for their own mistake. Absolutely no Business ethics.

We’re currently renting our first flat with Land Estates and had Lewis deal with us. He was fantastic, my partner has just started a new job and so his financial reference took longer than hoped but Lewis was fantastic with helping us sort everything out despite the delay and kept us in the loop with everything despite the fact that the referencing is done by a third party company. Having dealt with different estate agents in the past when renting university accommodation I can say Land Estates is the most positive experience I’ve had so far and you can tell they really care about their customers.
