J'ai trouvé les frais de port très chers (15€ pour des chaussures à 60€ = 1/4 du prix des chaussures) et DHL, le service de livraison, a un délai très court de retrait de colis en point relais, ça a été compliqué de récupérer ma commande à temps.

What a disaster: I have sent several emails the past few months about my order (the form on the website doesn’t work!) and still nobody answered me! This site seems to be a scam/fake site?? There is no way you can get in contact with Diadora! It’s a big shame!

Considero i prodotti Diadora (soprattutto scarpe) eccellenti per stile e per qualità. Periodicamente faccio quindi volentieri degli acquisti sul sito Diadora, soprattutto approfittando di promozioni e buoni sconto. Il sito è molto ben fatto e l'esperienza d'acquisto è ottima. Mi è capitato un paio di volte di dover restituire dei prodotti (avevo scelto la taglia sbagliata) e anche in quel caso il processo si è svolto rapidamente e senza problemi. Continuate così.

Attempted to contact customer service during normal working hours approximately 3pm pacific time. System hung up on me 7 times each after a 5 minute hold. After fi ally getting a hold of them for an order I placed at 2 asked to change the order to turf shoes instead of indoor and they couldn't do it. Most useless customer service I have ever encountered. Why even have customer service if you don't enable them to solve problems?
