Great customer service! Very professional and helpful. Ordering was very simple. The delivery time was much shorter than promised.

The pins are beautiful. Signature pins took our idea of what we wanted and blowed it out the water. She placed second in the competition. The customer service was A1 and they delivered quickly and several days before the promised day. Special thanks to our the designer, to the customer service reps Keen Prince and Tammy Rogers, the factory foreman and everyone that touched the pin from designing to delivery. Definitely would recommend them.

Received a quote, reviewed the proof, and paid for the order. Then a month later I was contacted that THEY sent the wrong price. They informed me that it was incorrect and the remaining balance would need to be paid. I asked why they will not honor a quote THEY provided me. No answer to my question. Offered a refund and an "our bad" apology. Bad business practices right there.
