Yo hice un envío ayer, y no me mandaron el recibo, no aparece en la cuenta del beneficiario y si me los quitaron de la cuenta, y no me contestan los mensajes de whats

Mande una transferencia a un numero de cuenta inexistente y hasta la fecha solo me dan largas y no me regresan mi dinero ellos ya comprobaron que el numero de cuenta es inexistente y aun asi no me resulven nada

No aparece mi país Nicaragua, pero si veo muy útil la app me gusta

I try to send money to Mexico and throught the app they pay less than what my husband right beside me tries to send. We compared rates at the same time and they respond different amounts. Not fair

I was not given a better rate, but once you verify yourself it does not give you the preferencial price point. I talk to Jessica today and she did not help at all! All she told me was to wait instead of rectifying it! If I could only send so much with the better price that would have been fine, but they did not want to give me the original price point! It is definitely a scam to get you to get verified to then get way lower rates than people that aren’t verified! Don’t trust them with your info!

At the beginning they were really awesome. Then they started slacking off they don’t reply when you have inquiries. Every single time I submit a transfer they ask for my statements. They have you waiting for more than 30 min to reply what needs to be done. I really liked them before but now they dissapoint me.

Vi una reseña mala aquí , donde el usuario se queja de que te estafan , pero nunca hablan contactanos para resolver el problema y le devolvemos su dinero , mientras no aya un interés así de una compañía, es una estafa y punto

No la recomiendo gente muy mal educada y se aprovechan de la gente ye llega ahí para robarles

La primera y única vez que lo usé todo perfecto y rápido, la segunda ocasión súper lento, tardan años en contestar el WhatsApp, y los envíos nunca se terminaban de procesar, intenté otras ocasiones y me aparecía el siguiente mensaje: Hola, lo sentimos 😞, pero por el momento no podemos procesar tu envío con Félix, disculpa el inconveniente 🔑 Te avisaremos en cuanto tengamos alguna novedad. Jamás me contactaron… Acudí a otros métodos mas efectivos y con mejor tipo de cambio. No lo usen!!!

LOS PRIMEROS ENVIOS FUERON RAPIDOS, PERO COMO TODOS EMPIEZAN HACIENDO LO POSIBLE POR GANAR CLIENTES, DESPUWS YA NO TIENEN LA MISMA ATENCION.

Las primeras dos veces funciono muy bien pero el siguiente deposito van para 36 horas q el deposito no se refleja no dan ninguna explicación viable solo q esta en proceso se les pide el comprobante de pago y tampoco lo dan el último correo electrónico q se le envio ya no me.lo contestaron en fin sigo a la espera de una respuesta positiva o la devolución del dinero lo más pronto posible

This is a scam and scammer all in one. They sent me an email about my husband and that they scammed us $400-500 from our debit card we don’t know anyone about this damn service you are scammers. Ass holes. You are fake and will be reported to the federal and local law enforcement agencies.

Ya no funciona como antes, ahora el dinero tarda toda una noche en llegar, ya no la recomiendo, definitivamente me regreso a remility y xoom
