Very speedy service with good communication. The quality of the gloves is excellent, however, they are very difficult to put on and the soft flexible ends will I think very soon tear using them to pull the gloves on. There is no other way to do it. With one glove on I find it almost impossible to fit the second. When they are on they are a perfect fit. Sadly, my finger ends are still very cold when wearing them.
