the issue is you ignored the delivery instructions on two separate orders then you need to check your system. I specifically said deliver on a friday in the instructions for both items

Highly recommended. I purchased a gas hot water unit and flue kit from G Store which were separated in transit and the water unit went missing. It finally turned up a few days later damaged.
