Hello everyone, I just want to tell you the contrast I experienced between two business. I had a faulty ducted heater with a bad thermocouple, possibly a faulty electronic board as well (which both was changed a year before, hence unlikely faulty. But the thermocouple was installed in a way that it was not secured tightly in its position, which required correction once before). It is my investment property and I received a duress call from the tenants saying it is not working in the relatively cold night. In the morning I contacted a business called "PlumbFirst", which they were very nice on the phone, responded in stipulated time, a guy named Z.P did a quick inspection and informed me the heater is not repairable as the spare parts are not available, hence I need to change the heater. (I contacted the spare-parts provider and I was told spare-parts are available in plenty, but if I tell him this he can do anything to the heater to prove his point, provided I'm not physically present there at the time of inspection). Following the inspection he failed to leave the premises, he was hanging around there with female students living there, having all the conversation with me on phone in-front of the tenants, giving me a inflated price for the replacement, handed over the quote to the tenants without my knowledge, telling me it is illegal to rent the house without heater ect. and made the situation worst possible level. He was trying to mount pressure on me in a very bad way, to close the sale, and was trying to get the tenants on board to pressurise me further. He made me look totally stupid and vulnerable. As it was just the start of the winter, I found it was extremely difficult to get another technician in time to do any repair, so decided to replace the unit. Lucky I managed to find G-store, which was offering the same product and installation cost $1580.00 less than the quote provided by the other business. Dion there was extremely helpful, he made many phone calls in the after-hours to help me get an installer in that late evening, and a new system was installed the very next day morning. This is beyond my belief and expectations. I can't thank Dion enough, he not only saved huge money, but he saved my face in-front of the tenants. I'll strongly recomment this business to anyone, don't look elsewhere, way to go.

G store were great - heater price was cheapest I could find, plumber turned up on time and installed it within an hour. They provided great ore sales advice and support.

Fantastic customer service and great products. The only downside was that I couldn't get all the components I needed for my project from the G-Store.
