Ordered and paid for urgent item on "same day shipping" and "same day delivery" basis. Three days later I phoned and was told they have no idea when they will have item, will not try to find out, that I will be lucky if supplier do not have to import first and then they put phone down. No shipping in 10 days.

I ordered on the phone a gas hot water heater unit in the morning and they delivered the unit to my home that night at 7pm. Was very happy because the plumber was going to install it next day at noon.
