I ordered some new trainers from this company and the staff were so helpful. The online chat was instant and they went out of their way to order the correct size for me and kept me informed when they received them The delivery was excellent I received them next day and was informed what time they would be delivered. I would definately recommend them and use this company again in the future. Great customer service!

Whilst not a 'fan' of online shopping I found purchasing from Achilles Heel through their website was easy and the product arrived swiftly as promised. Unfortunately (due to no fault of the retailer) the shoe proved to be unsuitable for me which was a disappointment. However even though I had used the shoe (as the problem did not reveal itself until after a couple of runs) Achilles Heel refunded me the full amount paid. Businesses with this attitude towards Customer Service, who truly care that their customers are happy are rare in this day and age and should be supported! I highly recommend them.

Great product at one of the best prices on the market. When I placed my order Achilles Heel didn't have my shoe size in stock, but directly contacted Nike to see if they were still stocking the style I requested in the size I needed. I really appreciated the effort they went to, and all staff I communicated with (particularly Steven, I think he's the manager) were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The delivery was fast and I'm currently wearing my new trainers as I write this - massively recommend Achilles Heel!

I wanted to buy some Altra running shoes and ended up ordering them from here because they offered free returns, which is essential when ordering shoes online. As it turned out the shoes fit perfectly, so I did not have to make use of their free return - but the option was still very much appreciated! Totally hassle free and very quick to dispatch + deliver. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a 10 but Achilles came back to me quickly to say it was out of stock. Offered me the options of looking for something else on the website, money back or try a size up. Went for the latter and shoes arrived in two days. Glad I did as they fit fine so a great purchase and great service.
