Solid customer service when a parcel went missing. Quickly processed a new order and send correspondence to that effect.

The fact that our parcel never arrived disappointed us, but the way the team at Achilles Heel resolved our issue , made sure that not only we will be a repeat customer we will also highly recommend them . I do hope that we will be able to buy from them again - wish they tie up with a reliable international courier.

Never used Achilles Heel before but definately will again. They had a good range of sizes for the trainers that I wanted, when other larger stores only had a much smaller range. They kept me updated when my delivery was packed, posted, on it's way and finally delivered. And the price was one of the cheapest as well. Would definately recomend this store.

I received a notification to rate my experience with this site however it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the order and they don't even give me any way to track the location of my order. I'm waiting until someone solves the situation

I still have not received my order. Checked tracking it still has not been dispatched. Which was ordered 1 week ago. I've emailed them, no reply. I'll be reporting them to PayPal tomorrow. I don't trust this company.
