I was concerned about ordering a mattress on line without trying it. The reviews were good so I went ahead. I am so pleased. It lives up to all it’s ratings. Have not had a better nights sleep. Support not hard very comfortable no pain when waking. Great. I would usually choose a soft mattress the medium is perfect.

Very comfortable mattress, not too soft or firm. Unpacking the mattress was interesting and fun! The preparatory video was very helpful.

Am writing this review after 1 1/2 months of use so can't comment on long term durability/sinking/smells etc - no problems so far. I live in a tropical climate and have been an extremely sweaty sleeper for years. This is the coolest pillow I've ever bought. I do put that mostly down to the Tencel pillowcases (which were a nice bonus) as the foam filler still feels a tiny bit warmer than some natural fills (much better than latex/memory foam pillows though - definitely not a deal breaker). I am definitely enamoured with Tencel and will be making the switch with all my bedwear after having purchased cotton for years. I do wish that the pillow had a slightly higher option though, a bit short for side sleepers.

I haven’t slept so well in months. My partner has the firm side and I have the medium and it works so well for both of us. We tried so many different mattresses and none of them worked this well!!!!

We purchased a new sleeping duck mattress, we are loving it.!!! it is so comfortable, the only issue we have is that the mattress holds the heat in so it has been a bit hot at night, otherwise brilliant

I have a medium sleeping duck mattress and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. Everything get in to bed I feel it is the perfect mix of softness and firmness. Sevice for delivery and followup is second to none.

Sleeping Duck is all that it claims. The mattress arrived in excellent time and has been in use now for two months. My partner and I have never slept better; a second mattress was quickly ordered for her house. Watch the instructional videos before ordering, unpacking and installing your new mattress. It is a very heavy product and you will need a strong assistant, or two.

We love our Duck. We now have the best night sleep we have ever had. I don’t even know when my husband gets up in the night, I used to be awake every time. It is easy to turn the mattress using the handles. The technology in this bed is amazing. I wish you made lounge suites. My bed is more comfortable to sit in to read or use my iPad. The best ever to sleep in. Love it. Our Duck is part of our family now.

Mattress was delivered promptly and easy to set up with a second person able to lift and turn the mattress. Initial comfort is good. Being of different weights- we have slightly different views on how comfortable we are on this mattress. We have since been offered some different comfort layers to enable us to have different support each side. I look forward to receiving those and trying them.

Definitely revived! So comfortable. No sinking either as with some mattresses. Highly recommend it.

The bed was on time, easy to handle and unroll. Needs two people as stated to carry the mattress and put it in position. ultra comfortable. Our previous mattress was like a trampoline in comparison. We love the you sink slightly and the bed seems to envelop you. You can also get into bed without disturbing your partner. A great decision to buy and certainly the most comfortable mattress we have slept on. Thanks Sleeping Duck.

I used to be able to get out of bed easily. Now I find it difficult as it is by the far the best mattress I've ever slept on! Bed was brilliant on arrival, but we then decided afterwards to get the tencel sheets. OM*G! I would prefer to give a 1 star rating because I have a feeling the cost of such a brilliant bed will surge if in high demand. Please dont choose huge profit because of customer satisfaction. Please profit and reward yourselves for a great product but dont sell to a competitor or start overly monetising. Chose the firm. Soft on top but great for someone with back problems.

We have both the Sleeping Duck and Koala mattresses. I bought the Duck because it gave me the option to change the firmness of the mattress and the quality of the product.

I sleep so much better on this bed.
