In 2000 we developed the first e-commerce website selling new & refurbished Nortel & BT telephone equipment, with this website we were able to sell our phones through out all the England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The headset does work. When connected to the computer the usb isnā€™t working at all. Nothing is coming through the headset and the person on the phone canā€™t hear me. Really disappointed šŸ˜” The supplier has been back in touch and arranged for a new headset to be delivered. Iā€™m happy with the quick response d to try and resolve this šŸ˜Š
